Who this is for

RootAccess is an internal analytics console for vTreeLabs administrators. Access is restricted to @myvectorv.com accounts.

What we collect

Administrator authentication: your email address and an authentication session, handled by Supabase Auth.
Sign-in attempts: we log failed sign-in attempts, including the email entered and the originating IP address, for security monitoring.
Page views: visits to this console are logged (IP address, path, timestamp, browser user-agent).

Visitor data shown here

This console displays aggregated analytics for vTreeLabs properties (visit counts, unique IP counts, BYU vs. non-BYU breakdowns, popular pages, and engagement metrics). The underlying logs include visitor IP addresses, collected server-side. Administrators agree to use this data only for legitimate operation and security of vTreeLabs properties.

Storage & retention

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Logs are retained until manually purged. We do not sell data or use third-party advertising trackers.
